The Vital Health Infrared Ear Thermometer, IET-1680, is powered by 2 x AA batteries that are conveniently included in the box. A box of 15 x ear probe covers are also included in the box. IET-1680 has Health Canada approval (Licence #110488).
IET-1680 is specifically designed for safe and accurate use in the eardrum. The Infrared Ear Thermometer is a device capable of measuring people’s body temperature by detecting the intensity of infrared light emitted from the ear canal. It converts the measured heat into a temperature reading displayed on the LCD. The Vital Health Infrared Ear Thermometer will quickly and accurately assess body temperature.
